They're both characters on the soap opera, "As the World Turns."

The sweet pouncing puppy of a boy is Luke Snyder, openly gay and in his young twenties. The reluctant but adorable one is Casey Hughes, his very straight best friend.

There was a ridiculous storyline behind this that really is tl;dr, but yeah -- they're so fucking cute I can't stand it.
