If it's just those four keys that weren't working...that sounds like something mucked with a bit of circuitry, rather than the keys. Which could be as simple as an inconveniently-placed cookie crumb that got dislodged when you moved the laptop a bit...

My gut instinct is to say "no, don't order the part, if it fritzes out again get a cheap USB keyboard to use temporarily and then order the part."
