I think my heart stopped at hearing you've never heard of Andrew Lee-Potts, Bradley James OR Colin Morgan. (But hey, you don't appear to be much of a BBC person... So.)
Andrew Lee-Potts that is to say, Connor Temple on Primeval, and the Hatter on the syfy channel's Alice.
As for the other two, there's a little show called Merlin, you may have heard of it. (You may not, if not... Well.) Colin Morgan plays Merlin, and Bradley James plays the (undeniably gorgeous) pratly Prince Arthur.

For the purpose of random TV trivia, Joe Flanigan plays Colonel Sheppard on Stargate Atlantis. And Jeffery Donovan plays Michael Westen on USA's Burn Notice.
And I laughed when I saw Michael Shanks, cos he was totally my first celebrity crush (but I think that's mostly cos I had a think for Daniel on SG-1.) But hey I was twelve. /awkward.
