in my house, it is not christmas unless we've watched 'a charlie brown christmas.' it's just not the same without it.

some other favorites are 'how the grinch stole christmas,' of course, and 'rudolph the red-nosed reindeer,' 'mickey's christmas carol,' and 'twas the night before christmas.'

Holy Cow!! I thought I was the only one who loved Twas The Night Before Christmas!! That's one of my faves! I've pretty much seen all the ones I love with the exception of Little Drummer Boy, and Nester the Long-eared Donkey (which I think I'm the only one who's heard of it).

I'm pretty sure we own Nestor. All those old Rankin-Bass specials were put out as double feature DVDs a few years ago, and I think Nestor is a B-side to The Year Without A Santa Claus.
