maybe it's because you feel too comfortable at home, and relaxed, like you don't have to do anything. whereas at work, you actually have to, like, work. and then you're sort of motivated for other things.
idk. this is how i justify being able to do homework at school but not at home.
You know, that makes a strange kind of sense. When I'm at work, I don't want to work and then I think, "How can I waste some time? OH I KNOW. I'll write."
It probably doesn't help that I always feel like somebody's watching me and I have no privacy oh whoa oh when I'm at home.
My husband tells me that he's perfectly cool with my writing, and I believe him, but I always wonder that he's going to come up and snicker behind my back or something.
I wrote my entire Nanowrimo novel (a few years ago) while at work. I only wrote during the workdays. hahaha. How's that for productivity. But yeah, I couldn't write at home either.
Wow, I'm the total opposite. I can't write anywhere but at home. Even if I'm all alone locked up in a hotel room or something with my laptop, I just can't. Idk it's weird. *flail*
