2. A book: Five Fates. A Science Fiction Extravaganza by Keith Laumer, Poul Anderson, Frank Herbert, Gordon Dickson and Harlan Ellison. It's this crazy little paper back I got from god-knows-where, with five short stories all starting with this one guy being euthanised. Each author had to start with 2 pages of story, the euthanasia, and create a different fate. The stories range from completely outthere to completely disturbing. I love it.
3. A song: Dancing in the Moonlight by Toploader LOL
4: A band: I don't know! Evermore? I love them. I want to say Jason Mraz or Fine Frenzy here :D
