I sent a general e-mail to The Little Film Company, the group that produced "Cherrybomb," about the possibility of a release here in the States.

Thank you for your excitement. The film is amazing. We don’t have confirmed plans yet to release in the US but we are working on it. if you are really interested, then you can help by getting your friends an fellow Rupert Grint fans to petition or at least blog that there is an audience in the US for the film.

OMG! How cool is that, that they wrote you back?! And yes, there should be a petition. No idea how to start one, though there could be one here and over on FB. That would garner a list of people pretty quickly, I'd assume.

I'm seriously considering starting one if another doesn't already exist somewhere. I fired off an email to the gals at Ice Cream Man to see if they knew of one, or if I start one - would they be willing to post a link on their site. We'll see what happens.

I feel all activistic and stuff. :p
