I decided that I wanted a cup of hot tea.
Simple, y/y?
So, to achieve that end, I get a cup from the cabinet and pour in the not-quite-boiling hot water from the coffee maker.
Sounds about right, y/y?
Unfortunately, I forgot the close the cabinet - so on my way back to sweeten my tea, I bumped my head on the corner of the cabinet door and splattered not-quite-boiling-but-really-bitch-ass-fucking-hot water all over my hand.
On a side note, Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice tea is beyond excellent.
owie.

Date: 2008-02-27 04:45 pm (UTC)...and I just picked up a tin of their Holiday Tea. It's absolutely wonderful. I might have to investigate this brand further.

Date: 2008-02-27 06:59 pm (UTC)Being the tea junky that I am (Von thinks I need a 12 step program, I belong to a few tea communities on LJ, I've actually spent over $100 in tea in the past month - yeah, I think I've got a bit of a "thing" for tea), Harney & Sons is one of my favorite web-sites! My absolute favorite of theirs is Rose Scented.
Hot Cinnamon IS yummy. Does it remind you of those little Red Hots candies? That's what I thought of the first time I tried it. YUMMMMM. I haven't been able to figure out the difference between their Hot Cinnamon Spice and Hot Cinnamon Sunset though, other than packaging - they taste the same and their descriptions are the same. It's confuses me - aaaaahhhhh.
Did your office provide you with this fine tea, or did you purchase it? If I could get my boss to cover the cost of my tea addiction (like he does with my co-workers coffee habit), then I'd be ecstatic.
