I remember it was kind of getting started in PoA. Puberty hit, and all of a sudden he had all this body that he didn't know what to do with, and so he just kind of lumbered around with it.

That scene when he had the nightmare about the tap-dancing spiders -- when he turns over and goes back to sleep? Did you notice how he had to make an effort to turn all that butt around? I was like "O.O"

Harry - PoA era. Srsly. Harry never looked better than he did in PoA. Then they tried to go long and shaggy on him in GoF and it totally didn't work, so they sheared it off for this movie, and it's just too damned short. It's more than short. It's CHORT.
