Sick, twisted work-related trouble (the first season, they found themselves the accomplices of a drug kingpin who was using heroin-filled breast implants to get his stuff into the US, and found a kind of imaginative way to terminate the business relationship). Sick, twisted non-work-related trouble, generally brought about by the penis of one of the two partners in the surgery practice. A family that brings new meaning to the word "Dysfunctional". All kinds of dark, dark humor. I love it.
