Folks have been asking both [livejournal.com profile] fmh and I about baby registries (those "please buy us things" list). I've managed to set up two of them; hopefully these here linkies will work.

You know. Should you choose to look or something.

From here on out, they'll be on my info page. :)

You're not going with Baby Snoopy? :(

Do you need bibs? I have another friend about to pop out a yungun and I was going to cross-stitch a dribble bib. May as well make two.

There's should be some Baby Snoopy stuff in the Babies R Us list. I think. :/

Babies always need bibs. :)

Do you guys already have an ear thermometer for the other kids? If not, I highly recommend a good quality ear thermometer. Don't buy into the temporal thermometer that is supposed to be so easy to use that you can just drag it across your baby's forehead while he's sleeping. It doesn't work that way. Firstly, you have to get it like completely flat against their heads, and then, if they actually have a fever, and are sweaty, it won't drag. :oP

We don't have an ear thermometer. I've been back and forth on whether I should add one or not.

Never heard of the temporal one before though. Sounds kind of shady.

Is there an ear thermometer that you recommend?

I don't have a recommendation, but get into the $30 price range for one. I registered for one that had been recommended to me, but someone decided I should have the temporal one, instead, so that's what I got.

Then, I bought a cheapy ear thermometer that gets inconsistent readings. But I can find out what had been recommended to me, and get back to you.

I registered for this one, but when you find out which one was recommended to you, I'd still like to hear it.

Thankies!

I think that is probably a pretty good one. It might even be the one that was recommended. It certainly rings a bell, but that might just be from having shopped for one.

I've got both on the list: there's a regular digital thermometer in the kit. The ear one is for later on.
