On the other side of town, viewaskew (Russell Crowe) gets happy_spirit (Bette Midler) drunk. Upstairs, beerkeeper (Anthony Edwards) paints king_of_spin (Kyle MacLachlan)'s television set orange. I need help. Pwease? *flutters eyelashes*

When I try to open the display properties from the desktop, the window automatically shuts down and I get an error message saying:

"Run DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close."

The error signature looks like this:

What the heck does this mean? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

[Edit: Okay, I've run Scan Disk and Disk Defragmenter (the bitch finally completed), but I'm still having the same problem. *pokes computer*]
