Totally unrelated to this, but I have an answer to your LJ style question. I was going to post there, but that journal is down due to maintenance or something. Anyway...

Create a style, if you haven't already. You can use your current tabular indent as the template, if you want. Edit your style at the part where it says LASTN_PAGE. Then just change the links around %%urlcalendar%%, %%urlfriends%%, %%website%% and a few other places. That's it. Those are pretty easy to find.
