I just have this mental image of him, slightly scruffy-looking, clothes all a disarray-- Tom's fault, I'm sure-- look directly into the camera with those blue, blue eyes...

I just can't decide if I want him drunk/stoned when he says that while half-naked on top of a table or completely sober and telling an interviewer that's how he and Tom hooked up.
