There were two things from the book I thought should've been added back in - and I don't think either would've taken more than 5 minutes. Not having the scene at St. Mungo's Hospital added to the feeling that the OoP adults were there mostly as props, and the scene with Dumbledore at the end was so much more emotional in the book, where Dumbledore explained about the prophesy.
Other than that - right there with you. Mostly. My biggest dissatisfaction with the movie was that there was not enough of the actual Order of the Phoenix (and there was scheduled to be less, except that JK had told the producers that if they didn't leave one particular character in, they'd run into trouble filming Deathly Hallows...), so I honestly don't know if we saw enough of Tonks for me to decide whether I liked the casting or not.
