I don't really know how to tell you this, but our horoscope doesn't match. I think I realized it when I quoted Santa as you ate the enchilada, and I saw you ignore the crazy monk. I'm sure you're high enough to understand that I had a sex change. I'm returning your ring to you, but I'll keep your mom as a memory. So, the girls are all a buzz about Webkinz. Hoku has two, Malu has four, and they insisted that I get one. I told them I'd think about it. If I did, it wasn't going to be some cutesy kitten or puppy or pony or somesuch.

Not that there's anything wrong with cutesy kittens, puppies or ponies, they're just not me. I wanted a snake, but they only have one, and I didn't like it.

If you were wondering -- yes, I would have named the snake Draco.

I know Hallmark carries them, so I stopped in to take a look at what they had...

I now have a Webkinz.



IT'S A TREE FROG, ZOMG. His name is Amagaeru, which is Japanese for "tree frog" according to Hoku. (She was looking up "tree frog" in different languages.)

Isn't he cute? He's got big red eyes and floppy red feet and sparkles on his belly. I luvs him. He sits right by the computer. ^_^
