So...it's Friday. And in keeping with Friday tradition, at least for me, I got caught in a downpour just as I was leaving to go to work.
Of course it stopped raining after I got into the building.
Well, my consolation is that we close the office at noon. Yay for me!
I'm still mad about the VMAs. It was such piss.
Well, it's been piss since the early 90s, but there was always fun, flashy stuff that you could forgive the fact that it was piss.
Last night didn't even have that.
The one good part of the night was seeing Duran Duran. *heart stops*
They got the Lifetime Achievement Award. Too bad they had to get it from Kelly Osbourne and Avril Lavigne (who the fuck thought that up?).
Doesn't matter, because fuck me running, they looked lovely. Especially John...I so knew I was going to marry him when I grew up. :p
Ahh the 80s. I miss them so.
I now have TTT, Soul Caliber II (Gamecube version) and Mary J.'s newest CD to keep me happy.
I shall revel in my mediocrity!
