Friday 5ive...why the hell not?
Jun. 20th, 2003 10:50 am1. Is your hair naturally curly, wavy, or straight? Long or short?
Well, my hair is naturally borderlining on nappy. I have the traditional really thick, nappy, Black hair. Right now, it's at the point where it's too short to be long, but too long to be short. It's a little longer than shoulder-length, I suppose.
2. How has your hair changed over your lifetime?
Oh, it's been dyed, fried with hot combs and curling irons, braided, jheri curled, and cut really short. The only thing I haven't done yet is a hair weave.
3. How do your normally wear your hair?
Mostly straight, with slight bends so it doesn't look like brown straw.
4. If you could change your hair this minute, what would it look like?
It would be longer, with blonde highlights.
5. Ever had a hair disaster? What happened?
For a while I was wearing a lot of those ponytail extensions. I wore them so much that the back of my hair broke off really bad. It was so torn up, that my mom had to cut almost all of it in the back. It was about *snap fingers* that long back there. Then we had to cut the front shorter so I didn't look so lop-sided. I did a lot of slick back and finger-wave styles in those days.
