I wasn't expecting the voice. I expected them to kind of be like 'fuck the medical BS' and make his voice relatively normal--maybe just softer--because most people can't pull off the injured voice when they aren't really injured (see Chris in the same promo). I knew that Van Hansis would nail these crying scenes, but I figured they'd have normal talking conversations, y'know.
But of course, this is Eric Sheffer Stevens, and he's amazing, and that voice and the way you can see him visibly swallow and the way he's looking at Luke and everything is just. Christ.
Well ain't that some shit. I've been watching off and on since you got me into this pair and when I saw how they were taking Chris' storyline and still not sure about Noah and Luke, I knew they would kill Reid give his heart to Chris and Noah will help Luke heal....but I really hope they don't do that, I love the Luke and Reid chemistry more, the litte fights they have and Lord, did they ever even have sex! I do not want. In other news, love and miss you!
