When the hubby and I first started watching Dexter, Doakes quickly became our favorite character, and "Surprise, motherfucker!" just about killed us.

omg, how can you not love doakes? the moment i started watching, i instantly loved him. he cracked me up! his first line was 'what are you looking at psychopath?' or something like that. it was hilarious.
