Have you ever...?

...had an experience where someone touched you in an inconsequential place, like they brushed against a knuckle or fingertip, and you swear you can feel that crap for several minutes afterward?

Or is it just me?

Yes.

I know! It's so creepy.

DO NOT WANT.

no it's not just you. it makes a bigger impact than being touched on the butt or breasts, too. lol.

Only in good ways.

And one, of note, was when Code Red first kissed me, lightly. We said goodbye and I drove away still COMPLETELY being able to feel his soft little kiss on my lips.

(Even though I know that's not an "inconsequential place.")

Another time, a cashier was handing me my change and our hands came into contact (they don't always, during this type of exchange), and for some reason, I really *noticed* it and thought about it as I left and could sort of feel it. It wasn't unpleasant in the least though.

I've had complete strangers talk to me and I get tingles all over. It feels awesome but kind of weird that it's happening at the same time.

I haveeee. It's more annoying when someone you have a thing for does it because it's unnerving.

Yes! And its odd. Like someone will touch your hand or have their arm brush yours and you are just so aware of it! Its strange.

The better question is, was this a 'good' touch or a 'bad' touch?

If it was a good touch, the kind where you want to say, "oh my god, so-and-so just touched my hand and now I'll never wash it again", then woo-hoo good for you! Enjoy that feeling that will last for hours.

If it was a yucky bad kind of touch...go take a shower or at least wash your hands RIGHT NOW. Seriously. Gross. And punch the person in the face too, if it makes you feel better.

There's a contractor here who EVERYONE says gives them the creeps, although no one can say exactly why. Once he came into the office and, during a conversation, placed his hand on my shoulder. It gave me the heebie-jeebies something fierce. I still shudder thinking about it, and that was several years ago.
